Can I fax or mail my order to you?
Yes, you may Mail or Fax your order to us. Simply shop for the products you would like to order. When you get to the "Checkout" page you will be asked to Submit your order, upon which one of our customer service representatives will immediately contact you. Or you may choose the "Mail or Fax Order" option and click continue to print out the form. Follow the instructions provided on the form to Mail or Fax it to us.
How is my order shipped?
In most cases we personally deliver products to your door step within 72 hours of your order. Otherwise, your items are carefully packaged and shipped through UPS Ground, USPS or FedEx.
Can I return my items, if I am not satisfied or it is damaged?
Yes, you may return your item/s ordered under specific conditions stipulated in our policy section. Please read the "Return Policy" in the policy section for more information on specific product guarantees.
Will Nairobijax.com be adding any new products?
Yes. Nairobijax.com has only been live since June, 2008 and we are only getting started. We are adding new information and new hair and beauty products to our website on a daily basis. Please continue to check with us for any new additions to the website.
If you don't carry a product that I am looking for, can I place a special order for it?
At Nairobijax.com we try to accommodate all of our customers. If you can not find a product that you are looking for, please contact us by clicking on "Contact Us" and write us an email. We will have our Product Acquisitions Department do their best to follow up on the product. Please allow up to two weeks to process your request.
Why are there no images on some products?
We take our own pictures of all of our products and this takes time to edit and put up online. These pictures are currently being added daily. Thank you for understanding and please continue to check with us for new pictures on Nairobijax.com.
I own a website too. Can I link to your website and have yours link to ours?
Yes, if your website is legal and does not directly compete with ours and is in the line of our store business and follows our guidelines, we will be happy to exchange links with you. Do you deliver to P.O Box addresses?
No, not at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience; if you would like to place a order with us please provide a residential address in order for your item to be shipped.
